Responsibilities & Context:
Duty: Saturday to Thursday (Time 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITY:
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online sales of fragrance, beauty, and skincare products.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and customer behavior using Google Analytics
- Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
- Optimize online marketing campaigns based on performance data and insights.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Coordinate with management, design, and content teams to align campaigns with business goals
Job Other Benifits:
- Salary Range: Tk. 24,000 or negotiable based on experience and performance
