Job Overview

Leadswin Limited is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize campaigns across Meta and other digital platforms. The role focuses on driving lead generation, strengthening audience engagement, enhancing brand visibility, and maximizing return on investment. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in content management, paid advertising, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Support to Planning

  • Develop and implement detailed digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

  • Analyze market trends and insights to design data-driven strategies for audience engagement and lead generation.

Campaign Planning & Management

  • Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn (e.g., lead generation, engagement, and conversions).

  • Manage ad budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure cost-efficient performance.

  • Conduct A/B testing to refine ad performance and audience targeting.

Content Management & Publishing

  • Oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of posts that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.

  • Maintain publishing calendars and ensure timely updates across social media platforms and groups.

Audience Engagement

  • Respond promptly to comments, inquiries, and messages to build strong community relationships.

  • Manage Facebook/WhatsApp communities, groups, events, and interactions to foster active engagement.

  • Implement strategies to grow followers, improve retention, and enhance brand loyalty.

Lead Generation Planning & Execution

  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns to acquire high-quality leads.

  • Apply retargeting strategies to re-engage prospective customers.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead nurturing and improved conversion rates.

Paid Advertising & Optimization

  • Create, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.

  • Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach relevant audiences.

  • Stay updated on digital advertising trends and integrate them into campaigns.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).

  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

  • Leverage tools like Meta Ads Manager and Analytics to optimize campaigns continuously.

Platform Updates & Compliance

  • Stay informed about updates on Meta platforms, tools, and advertising policies.

  • Ensure all campaigns fully comply with platform guidelines and industry standards.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align digital efforts with broader business objectives.

  • Support cross-platform initiatives, including activities on Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other Meta services.
