∎ POSITION SUMMARY:
∎ Responsible for bringing life to every aspect of AISD`s digital presence, the Digital Marketer and Communications Manager is a role for the highly inspired, and the highly inspiring. With the overarching responsibilities of identifying, celebrating, and sharing the rich and diverse stories that identify our School, the position requires a deep understanding of how to distribute the voice and tone of AISD across multiple channels. An adept relationship builder, outstanding written and oral communicator, and with the ability to spot and produce content of the highest quality, the successful candidate will bring strong strategic oversight to all AISD communication platforms.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The multi-faceted responsibilities of this position include: Do
∎ Capture and share the stories of AISD, including alumni, in a multitude of forms, across platforms, demographics, and geographies
∎ Write and produce quality content, taking into account conventions and boundaries of social media platforms and AISD branding
∎ Customize messaging to meet the technical specifications and best practices of social media channels
∎ Partner with stakeholders, including our alumni, in generating and driving ideas for content across multiple channels
∎ Co-create a school culture that is committed to being at the leading edge of innovation and growth, and actively promote the stories that exemplify that innovation
∎ Ensure brand AISD is maintained in all internal and external merchandizing and publications
∎ Bring people together: In person, online, and with an optimistic spirit
∎ Make it easy and fun for AISD students, educators, and parents to be content receivers AND aligned content creators.
∎ Liaise:
∎ Coordinate with photographers to create content of the highest caliber
∎ Partner with the Director of Technology Support, Admissions team, Principals, Athletics office, and other influencers to build a coherent AISD brand
∎ Partner with community members (parents - including the PTA, staff, and students) to produce content and merchandise that is optimized for and in alignment with AISD branding
∎ Participate in and attend a variety of educational and community events
∎ Manage:
∎ Collaborate at the divisional and departmental level to produce regular community communication (i.e. Tiger Tribune)
∎ Oversee the marketing and communication efforts externally and internally including publications, social media, TV, billboards, website, etc. (SAISA, MUN)
∎ Manage and maintain a dynamic public-facing school website
∎ Manage and plan events on and off campus that showcase AISDs Value Proposition
∎ Seek:
∎ Review AISD's social media presence, collating feedback into actionable points to enhance the school's digital presence
∎ Evaluate the needs and desires of parents and students by periodically soliciting feedback through surveys, focus groups, and other means
∎ Deliver:
∎ Ensure that external audiences are cultivated to enhance the school's visibility and reputation locally, nationally, and globally.
∎ Plan and coordinate Alumni reunions.
