Job Context:
∎ Innovation Garage, an emerging company for accessible and user friendly ICT solution is looking for efficient, energetic and dynamic individual to fill the role of Digital Content Developer in the company.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Adabor)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites
∎ Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
∎ Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
∎ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
∎ Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
∎ Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
∎ Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
∎ Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
∎ Solid knowledge of website analysis tools
∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
∎ Managing client proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production
∎ Working with clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales
∎ Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size
∎ Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
∎ Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
∎ Preparing visual presentation for stakeholders and potential clients
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements: Not applicable
∎ Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other operational software
∎ Expertise in digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs
∎ Exceptional creativity and innovation
∎ Excellent time management and organizational skills
∎ Accuracy and attention to detail
∎ An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
∎ Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in Bangla and English
∎ Type Bangla in Unicode
Salary:
∎ 8000-12000 BDT (Other Benefits)
