Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor all quality related activities to ensure quality product as per relevant standard.
∎ Set and supervise the implementation of quality standards (ISO, BDS ISO, BS, ASTM, Etc.) and testing and inspection as per policies, processes and procedures.
∎ Review or Technical Procedures - Visual Inspection (VT), Quality check.
∎ Prepare and follow up of Quality Control Plan (QCP) and Quality Control Record (QCR), Process Quality Control (PQC) as per company requirement as well as client requirement.
∎ Provide in house training to all staff working on QA/QC.
∎ Perform all tests in testing lab for ensuring all quality parameters.
∎ Ensure zero failure of bar in mechanical properties.
∎ Coordination with SMS and Rolling Mill for production personnel.
∎ Preparation of billet chemistry according to different standards.
∎ Follow up of visual inspection of billet quality & MS bar.
∎ Visit customer complaints if there is any & solution the same.
∎ Ensure safe, sound and helpful working environment through discussion, motivation and team work.
∎ Select size wise raw materials with minimum wastage with maximum production.
∎ Follow standard operating procedure (SOP) strictly for entire operations & work.
∎ Ensure checking of all raw materials as per SOP.
∎ Compile quality MIS for defined time period, identify relevant trends and patterns
