Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ 12+ years of progressive experience in administrative or facilities management roles, including 5+ years in a leadership position.
∎ Should have strong connectivity with various regulatory authority including BSTI, Titas Gas, BIDA, Labor Office etc.
∎ Experience in legal background will be preferred
∎ Should have strong competency in spoken and written English
∎ Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the industry.
∎ Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is an advantage.
∎ Experience Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the administrative department, including facilities, safety, security, housekeeping and support services.
∎ Oversee and managing the maintenance and efficient operation of office buildings, plants, and other facilities.
∎ Manage leases, vendor contracts, and ensure timely renewals and compliance.
∎ Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to administrative functions.
∎ Construction vendor handling and involvement in project infrastructure.
∎ Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
∎ Ensuring of proper vehicle management and maintenance on day to day basis.
∎ Ensure timely payment of all utilities across different office premises.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: General Administration, Compliance, Building Maintenance.
