Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE or Mechanical Engineering
∎ MBA or Project Management Professional (PMP) certified will be an added advantage.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Proficient in project management software
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a project leader will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project to ensure the quality is a high standard and to ensure timely completion.
∎ Coordinate with stakeholders and solar plant partners to ensure project goals.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and environment related requirements.
∎ Continuously evaluate project progress and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ Provide oversight for projects led by Project Managers.
∎ Knowledge of Solar systems, PV panels, Inverter system, grid tied, grid interactive, power conversion, DC cabling, Net Metering systems etc.
∎ Maintain liaison and able to develop relationship with government officials of relevant government like BREB/SREDA/IDCOL/POWER DISTRIBUTION AGENCIES/BPDB etc.
∎ Understand of detailed drawings of system components for construction and installation with electrical and structural designs for solar/photovoltaic projects.
∎ Experience in preparation of presentation for the technical meetings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Requires 10+ years of progressive business experience in project management of complex projects like Power Plant, Factory Setup or Any other Infrastructure development.
∎ Will be added advantage if have proven track record of solar project management experience, including CapEx and Opex model over 5 MW.
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills, self-motivated with demonstrated problem-solving capability. Relevant industry experience in project management or construction management
∎ Advance knowledge of Technical Standards & Specifications for Solar Project/Solar Rooftop System.
