∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
∎ Proficiency in computer applications and other HR relevant software.
∎ A deep understanding of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and operational needs.
∎ Partner with senior leadership to influence business decisions from an HR perspective and drive the company’s HR objectives.
∎ Advise senior management on workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
∎ Lead the recruitment process to meet staffing needs for the garment production facility, ensuring timely hiring of qualified employees.
∎ Oversee the talent acquisition team to attract and retain skilled workers at all levels.
∎ Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, screen candidates, and implement effective selection processes.
∎ Develop and implement programs to ensure employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
∎ Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.
∎ Promote a culture of respect, teamwork, and inclusion across all levels of the organization.
∎ Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
∎ Identify skill gaps and lead the development of training programs for employees at all levels, ensuring alignment with operational needs and industry standards.
∎ Oversee the onboarding and induction process for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the company.
∎ Ensure continuous learning and career development opportunities for employees.
∎ Design and implement effective performance management systems, including performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and goal-setting.
∎ Ensure alignment between individual employee performance and company objectives.
∎ Provide coaching and support to managers in handling performance issues and developing their teams.
