Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion design, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fashion design
∎ Tertiary level education with good academic track record, from reputed local or foreign educational institution is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to work collaboratively, Able to work under pressure, Team player
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Boutique/ Fashion, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as technical partner with Product and Design teams.
∎ Act as liaison between Product Team and Production Team.
∎ Work with pattern makers on technical bodies to insure that design concepts are appropriately interpreted into samples.
∎ Produce standard technical package for each style, containing detailed product specification instructions and detail construction for multiple production resources.
∎ Take Approvals for counter samples and pre-production samples.
∎ Oversee final technical specifications with Product Manager.
∎ Direct and lead Fit sessions.
∎ Maintain Development Status Reports & Presentations for responsible categories and update.
∎ Maintain weekly fit schedule.
∎ Track all outstanding samples from overseas offices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Responsible for checking both the completed sample and pattern for accuracy.
∎ Ensure the category pattern library is properly marked and maintained.
∎ Work and communicate as an effective member of the Product Development team for the area(s) assigned.
∎ Liaison between Product Management, Overseas offices, and Suppliers.
∎ Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
