∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, or Sketch
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work
∎ Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills• Attention to detail with a passion for clean and modern aesthetics
∎ Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
∎ Experience with animation/motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
∎ Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
∎ Experience working in agile environments or with product teams

∎ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
∎ Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
∎ Handle multiple projects and deadlines with efficiency and precision
