We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join the team in the role of Expert Civil Engineer (Structural Design Engineer), For IED at Tajmahal Road, Mohammadpur, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ RESPONSIBLE FOR DOING ALL STRUCTURAL DRAWING-DESIGN
∎ REVIEWING DRAWING ACCORDING TO THE RULE/ STANDARD CODE
∎ BASED ON DESIGN REQUIREMENT THE PERSON SHOULD ABLE TO PRODUCE DETAIL DRAWING.
∎ DETAIL ESTIMATING, PREPARATION OF BOQ ACCORDING TO DESIGN
∎ SOUND KNOWLEDGE ON BNBC, ASCE, AISC, UBC, BS, ACI CODE.
∎ VISITING SITES ANYWHERE IN BANGLADESH WHEN NEEDED.
∎ DEVELOP PROJECT SPECIFIC WORK MANAGEMENT PLANS. ENSURE WORK PLANS ARE COORDINATED WITH OWNER, CONTRACTOR(S) AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS
∎ PREPARING / WRITING, MANAGING AND FINALIZING DIFFERENT KINDS OF RELATED REPORTS
∎ SHOULD HAVE SUBSTATION DESIGN EXPERIENCE.
∎ PREPARATION OF REPORT FOR FOUNDATION DESIGN, STRUCTURAL DESIGN AS PER THE GUIDELINE PROVIDED BY THE CLIENT.
∎ COORDINATE WITH THE STRUCTURAL DETAILERS AND PRODUCE DRAWINGS AS PER THE COMPANY STANDARD
∎ ANY OTHER TASK AS AND WHEN REQUIRED.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ MUST HAVE SOUND WORKING KNOWLEDGE IN UPDATED DESIGN SOFTWARE.
∎ SHOULD EXPERIENCED IN RAVET, PLEXIS, ETABS, STAADPRO, AUTOCAD,
∎ ABILITY TO DO FAST AND FLAWLESS ENGINEERING CALCULATION.
∎ MUST SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL ENGINEERING CODES
∎ GOOD PROFICIENCY IN COMMUNICATION IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE
∎ MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER
∎ ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE
∎ TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL RELATED STRUCTURAL DRAWING-DESIGN
Salary: Negotiable
