∎ Skills Required: 3D Max, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Architectural drawings from the sketches done by architects
∎ Update any modifications of architectural drawings
∎ Check and update drawings from structural Engineer's inputs
∎ Preparation of RAJUK & other Authority drawings for approval
∎ Furniture, Electrical & Plumbing Layout drawing and Landscape Details Drawings
∎ Architectural Working Drawings and Details for Construction.
∎ ID Working Drawings and Details for Construction
∎ Must have required skills in 3D modeling in Sketchup and other 3D software
∎ Animation in Sketch up and Lumion (optional)
∎ Site visit and Supervision
∎ Perform any other tasks assign by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Excellent communicational and organizational skills
∎ High professional quality and proficiency at work
∎ Ability to work on multiple project at the same time
∎ Time management and commitment to the work and submission date
