∎ Diploma in Architecture
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Architectural drawings from the sketches done by architects
∎ Update any modifications of architectural drawings
∎ Check and update drawings from the structural engineer's inputs
∎ Preparation of RAJUK and other authority drawings for approval
∎ Furniture, Electrical, and Plumbing layout drawings and landscape details drawings
∎ Architectural working drawings and details for construction.
∎ ID working drawings and details for construction
∎ Must have required skills in 3D modeling in Sketchup and other 3D software
∎ Animation in Sketchup and Lumion (optional)
∎ Site visit and supervision
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Excellent communication and organizational skills
∎ High professional quality and proficiency at work
∎ Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
∎ Time management and commitment to the work and submission date
Salary: Negotiable
