Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting the Project Team Leader and management as per requirement.
∎ Collaborating closely with clients, engineers, designers, and contractors to define project scopes, objectives, and technical requirements.
∎ Maintaining liaisons with all the stakeholder.
∎ Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the planning team and ensuring that all tasks are progressing as scheduled.
∎ Analyzing data related to gas supply, demand, infrastructure, and regulatory requirements to make informed decisions.
∎ Collaborating with various stakeholders, including government agencies, environmental groups,
∎ and local communities, to gather input and address concerns.
∎ Providing technical expertise in gas pipeline design, safety regulations, and environmental impact assessments.
∎ Assisting in budget planning and monitoring to ensure the project stays within financial constraints.
∎ Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure the pipeline network is safe and reliable.
∎ Ensuring that all aspects of the master plan adhere to relevant laws and regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
∎ Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project progress and findings to senior management and stakeholders.
∎ Ensuring that the planning process meets quality standards and industry best practices.
∎ Developing contingency plans and response strategies in case of pipeline emergencies or unexpected events.
∎ Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimizing the gas pipeline network plan over time.
∎ Conducting periodic reviews to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the master plan implementation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A Master's degree (MSc, MA, or equivalent) in Environmental Management, Environmental Policy, Climate Change, Sustainable Development, Social or Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
∎ Minimum 20 years of professional experience related to oil and gas sector projects or in projects of similar nature. (Must)*
∎ All the Certificates and project experience letter/certificates must be present.*
