Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters Degree in HRM/ Management/ Public Administration or any other related field from reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage recruitment and selection processes effectively and efficiently.
∎ Guide, train and supervise staff in the area of responsibility; arrange for and/or attend meetings on day-to-day basis on human resources related matters; participate in discussions of new or revised procedures and practices, interpret and assess the impact of changes, and make recommendations for follow up action.
∎ Arrange and coordinate necessary training program for staff development.
∎ Arrange necessary working papers and proceedings of various meetings.
∎ Keeping and maintaining the service records/ personal files of University employees.
∎ Assist management to develop policies, monitor/ report results of the compliance efforts of the university and assist senior management team.
∎ Confirm job responsibilities of all employees.
∎ Assist Registrar for organizational development and workforce planning & implementation.
∎ Collect the confidential report on the activities/ performance of the faculty members, officers and employees during their probationary period and at the time of annual increment. Issue the confirmation letter and office order for granting annual increment.
∎ Assist in all recruiting campaigns, job listings and career marketing activities.
∎ Develop employee benefit programs and deals with its administration.
∎ Assist management to Review/ update salaries/ compensation package and incentives to keep it competitive at all times.
∎ Look after employee relations.
∎ Deal with attendance and absence management.
∎ Deal with Equal opportunity/affirmative action.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by University Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum Seven (07) years of related experiences with Three (3) years in supervisory role in handling/managing human resources related work.
∎ PGDHRM will be given preference.
∎ Candidates with 3rd Class/Division of CGPA 3.0 in any public examination need not apply.
∎ Computer literacy and proficiency in English, both oral and written are essential for the positions.
∎ General knowledge of various private university laws and regulations.
∎ Candidates with IELTS score of 6.0 or above are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Hardworking, honest, energetic and innovative.
∎ Have creativity, integrity, initiatives and imagination.
∎ Prepared to accept challenges and work under pressure.
∎ Have the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Salary: Negotiable
