Civil Construction works, Civil Engineering, Project Planning, QC control, Real Estate project Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent shall be responsible for all Civil Engineering works and construction works of the project as per the approved drawing & design.
∎ Should be able to progress the job as per time schedule & maintaining the quality of work.
∎ Schedule own workload to achieve delivery targets.
∎ Supervision on rod binding and form-works before pouring concrete and endorse the results to the site order book.
∎ Checking materials and work in progress with the specified requirements.
∎ Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour and providing RAW materials requisition to supply chain through proper channel.
∎ Bill checking, estimation & wastage control.
∎ Properly maintain the Register of Materials Requisition Form, Materials Received Report & Materials Transfer Form.
∎ Should be able to supervise supervisors and solve problems in consultation with the project in-charge.
∎ Brief Knowledge on all types of finishing works.
∎ Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
∎ Ensuring technical documentation and procedural documentation are kept up to date.
∎ To be accountable for the successful completion of the project.
∎ Must have good understanding in Work Place/ Construction Safety and Security.
∎ To review progress of projects at various stages and give guidance to concerned staffs for completion of the project in a time bound manner.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Eexperience on FAIR FACE Building Handover, Pilling, Foundation and Finishing works of at least one building like (G+6) / (G+7) / (G+8).
∎ Candidates who have work experience in Bashundhara R/A & in Dhaka will get preference.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and Provide support to other team members.
∎ Should have good knowledge in drawing & design.
∎ Must have valid Driving License with Motorcycle riding experience.
