∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Inventory management, Knowledge of ERP Software System is Mandatory, Material Management, Store Inventory and Control, Store Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Steel, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the received materials (including imported materials) and issuing them according to the requirements of different departments
∎ Maintaining proper documentation of inventory for audit purpose
∎ Ensure optimal inventory levels using ERP for materials in order to fulfil daily project needs and reduce any waste
∎ Prepare challans and complete documentation of each transaction including preparing serial and GRN for new items
∎ Overseeing and ensuring proper documentation of all records in G.R.R. and M.R.R. register
∎ Ensure the regular posting of all material information in the ERP software
∎ Maintain proper procedure and documents of rejected materials return to supplier
∎ Sorting, organizing and storing inventory in the proper location and making sure that it is convenient for receiving as well as for the delivery of the materials
∎ Prepare different types of reports & documents like DMRR, MRR, SR, PR, GP, MTRF, TMRR in due time
∎ Verify current physical stock with inbound and outbound records periodically
∎ Conducting periodical check of the inventory & submitting separate report for damaged inventory to the Management on a regular basis
∎ Coordinate with other departments for smooth functioning of the Project Operation & process
