Job Context:
∎ Jakson International Limited (JIL) is the Bangladesh unit of Jakson Group. It is the authorized country distributor of Cummins Diesel & Gas Gensets and also the country distributor for Hyster material handling equipment, Cummins alternators and Valvoline lubricants.
∎ JIL is looking for a dynamic and energetic leader for its Sales of HYSTER Material Handling Equipment in Dhaka Division.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate sales revenue from the sales of Hyster Material Handling Equipment and its spare parts.
∎ Search for new customers as well as maintain relationship with existing customers to meet Annual Operations Plan.
∎ Establish marketing & sales strategy to make the product prevalent in the market as well as increase market share.
∎ Follow up documentation for project or tender and communicate with customers.
∎ Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining how products will meet customer needs and how satisfactory the after sales service will be to existing and prospective customers.
∎ Ensure product delivery on time and also payment collection within the deadline.
∎ Monitor proper service support and parts sales of Hyster products and also ensure timely commissioning of sold products.
∎ Conduct market research and monitor supply & demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
∎ Develop rapport, build trust and create value in relationships with customers for smooth sales process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 Years’ experience in of material handling equipment/machinery sales.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about material handling equipment market.
∎ Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
∎ Updated Knowledge on customer demand, market condition, market penetration, segmentation and pricing.
