∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Total Co-ordination and implementation of new project (i.e. RAC CKD, WM SKD, WM CKD etc.)
∎ Product-wise, new model implementation in line and ensure line distribution, SOP, WI, Test Method etc.
∎ Design & Development of new Product & Process for product optimization
∎ Process Line Optimization & Modification & Improvement
∎ Product related trouble-shoot and problem solving; in-line
∎ Product wise BoM Development & ensure smooth operation in SAP
∎ PPAP/DFMEA/DMAIC/ECN-ECR management
∎ Value Engineering Activities [related to product cost]
∎ Operation wastage elimination related activities
∎ Local Vendor Management [technical part]
∎ Foreign Vendor Management [technical part]
∎ SOP development for R/M & Logistics Materials Handling
∎ Train up Production Team & QA Team & Process Team regarding new product
∎ EPS/IMM Molds Technical Communications (Local/Foreign vendor)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication skills and client-oriented attitude
∎ CAD Software skill is must. [AutoCAD 2D 3D/ SolidWorks/ CATIA/Pro-E/ CREO]
∎ Positive mindset, can work under pressure.
∎ Result Oriented & good leadership skills
