Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (M.Com) in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in Accounting.
∎ Professional certificate will get preference.
∎ Good academic results from any reputed public/private University.
∎ Skilled Required: Accounting Software, Accounts, Microsoft Excel, VAT Software
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise for arrangement and maintain VAT register -6.1 & 6.2 as per raw material purchase, and raw material consumption ratio.
∎ Monitoring for issuing VAT Invoice (Mushak-6.3, 6.5).
∎ Preparation and submission of monthly VAT return (Mushak-9.1) through online.
∎ Liaison with VAT regulators.
∎ Preparation and arrange all supporting for input-output coefficient (Mushak-4.3).
∎ Provide data as per VAT regulators demand as & when required.
∎ Reconciliation purchase and sales with actual monthly accounts for VAT return.
∎ Preparation of documentation as per required VAT audit and others VAT authority.
∎ Managing and operating VAT software.
∎ Supervise & maintain any other form of VAT related documents (4.6 6.6, 6.7, 6.8)
∎ Must be clear knowledge of all VAT form, VAT law and all rules.
∎ Regular Communication with Accounts & VAT department of Head Office.
∎ Supervise all branches VAT officer and reconcile the VAT 6.5 & 6.6.
∎ Any other task as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 45000 (Monthly)
