Job Context:
∎ A renowned & reputed company (Ceramics Based) is looking for suitable candidates for its Corporate Head Office -
∎ Work Station: Corporate Head Office

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare and issue purchase orders and to maintain information on suppliers, screens procurement requests, call for quotations, evaluate quotations and issue purchase orders to the competitive vendors.
∎ Identify potential contract areas where efficiencies may be achieved and renew corporate and collaborative arrangements, as required.
∎ Study possibility of provisioning of a cost-effective Purchasing Service in the Corporation in accordance to the Financial Manual.
∎ Obtains Import License.
∎ Prepares claims letters to the carriers and insurance for lost/short landed/damaged equipment/personal effects on the receipt of such complaints from the consignee/project authorities
∎ Ensure that the procurement procedures are in compliance with the Financial and Procurement Manual of the company.
∎ Control proper maintenance of records on Office equipment
∎ Assigns work to the support staff to meet work requirements, reviews and evaluates work of subordinate staffs.
∎ Participates in discussions on new revised procedures and practices in the relevant work area.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5/6 Years in relevant field.
∎ Excellent Verbal & Oral Communication Skills.
∎ Strong Leadership with Analytical ability.
∎ Strong Adaptation capability and able to work under pressure.
∎ Candidates with Ceramics sector job experienced will be given preference
∎ Both Male/Female are allowed to apply.
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
