Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing/Procurement of API, excipient and packaging material for existing and new products.
∎ Sourcing/Procurement of equipment (Utility, Process & QC), LIMS, ERP software, consumables and services.
∎ Keep liaison with the vendors.
∎ Must have GMP knowledge on vendor (Raw material/Packaging material) source qualification and develop alternative sources of raw material & packaging material.
∎ Procurement of trial materials (Raw material/Packaging material) for lab scale production, columns, CRS, impurity, reagent & regular consumable items.
∎ Preparing block list & NOC application to get import approval from DGDA and support regulatory affairs department for submitting necessary documents to DGDA.
∎ Follow-up of timely shipment/delivery, clearance of consignment from DGDA, bank and customs and follow-up of payment.
∎ Facing internal & external audit.
∎ Must be have computer skills (Word, Excel & Power point) and familiar with ERP software system.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Strong interpersonal, writing and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work in a team.
