∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
After Sales Service, Engine Servicing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide after sales service and ensure customer satisfaction by implementing necessary corrective actions.
∎ Perform on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, servicing or repairing of machines.
∎ Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location.
∎ Provide necessary training to the customers to use the installed equipment.
∎ Develop technical documents for customers.
∎ Overhaul engine with proper diagnosis and complete within estimated time with proper resolution.
∎ Maintain parts sales, warranty service and warranty claim to principles.
∎ Send Proforma Invoice (PI) to customers on time and follow up L/C opening & payment collection to complete sales.
∎ Communicate with the customer time-to-time to understand their requirements and timely solutions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Ability to identify problems in engines and provide first contact resolution.
∎ The incumbent should have at least 5 years work experience in Generator/Engine Service with similar industry.
∎ Overseas candidates may apply if meets the requirement.
