∎ Perform all activities related to R&D (Synthesis & Analytical) & small-scale Production according to Bashundhara Quality Policy and requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Know, update & apply the Bashundhara Pharma API Ltd. Quality Manual and policies where necessary.
∎ Prepare/Review SOP, STP, GTP, SP & COA, and other required documents as and when required.
∎ Develop and validate analytical methods of required materials.
∎ Ensure successful transfer of the developed analytical method from the R&D lab to QC.
∎ Prepare/Review method validation protocol, perform method validation and generate the report.
∎ Perform stability study testing and generate report followed by submission to DGDA for Annexures approval.
∎ Perform synthesis in the R&D lab to develop new APIs or to improve the synthetic route for existing APIs.
∎ Ensure successful transfer of the developed technology from the R&D lab to the Pilot plant.
∎ Prepare Batch documents (LMR, BMR, BPR, etc) of assigned API's.
∎ Prepare/Review process validation protocol, perform process validation and generate the report.
∎ Perform small-scale production in the pilot plant according to market demand.
∎ Ensure that all machinery, equipment & instruments are in good functional order at any time.
∎ Operate chemical plant machinery and maintain process parameters as per process.
∎ To reduce the production cost through efficient planning of resources & increase productivity.
∎ Ensure cGMP & EHS in the working area.

∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Candidate must have to be energetic & smart.
∎ Generate various reports time to time.
∎ Having good communication skills in English.
