Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Take proper steps to justify the selected new block and land
∎ Take proper initiative to control quality of different class of potato, maize and wheat seed during harvesting and seed distribution
∎ Guide staff for ensuring quality seed production of different classes of seeds like potato, maize and wheat
∎ Supervise and monitor of different classes of potato, maize and wheat seed production and subordinate activities
∎ Develop the staff technical skill by providing scope of practical learning and counseling time to time to improve capacity of the subordinate
∎ Take proper steps of GOT implementation of potato and maize seed
∎ Visit cold storage located in different area and prepare fort night report
∎ Communicate with supervisor according to program needs and submit different reports and other related documents timely
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Perform any other tasks as and when required
