∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Planning, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Analysis, galvanizing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan, co-ordinate & monitor production on daily basis to product high quality product.
∎ Process to improve efficiency & reduce cost per KG.
∎ Manage all steps of production.
∎ Identify cost reduction in the production process through appropriate and timely production planning, monitoring support & analysis, method & management system development.
∎ Monitor, control and utilize man, machine and material for optimum productivity.
∎ Develop efficient strategies to reduce production costs where possible.
∎ Planning how to achieve production increases at all stage along with control the wastages.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly production plants.
∎ Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring cost; analyzing variances.
∎ Factory overhead cost (Excluding Raw Materials, Spare, Gas, Electricity, Fuel) monitoring.
∎ Must have knowledge overhead crane maintenance and trouble shooting.
∎ GI fitting & break drum items wise production planning monitoring as per production target.
∎ Performing as good organizer for department job with shift schedule.
∎ Ensure safe, sound and helpful working environment through discussion, motivation and team work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Planning Skills, Training Skills, Self-Motivated, Enthusiastic and Proactive.
∎ 5S TPM at work place
∎ Have Knowledge ISO 9001-2015, MS Office etc.
