∎ Minimum 10 years working experience in paint production.
∎ Advance knowledge operating paint production machines.
∎ Advance written and spoken English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To manage, organize and oversee all manufacturing projects and operations.
∎ Have proper plan of monthly weekly & daily alkyd production planning.
∎ Set the SOPs of all the machineries.
∎ Set up all the parameters of all the RM & FGs.
∎ Evaluate and select appropriate coating materials (e.g., paints, varnishes, stains) for different wood products.
∎ Conduct testing to ensure compatibility and performance.
∎ Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and operators involved in the coating process.
∎ Provide guidance, training, and support to facilitate skill development and performance improvement.
∎ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance coating processes, product quality, and operational efficiency.
∎ Utilize tools such as Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify and implement improvements.
∎ Do regular maintenance of all the machineries and equipment’s.
∎ Select appropriate coating equipment such as spray guns, rollers, and dip tanks.
∎ Oversee maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
∎ Address technical issues and challenges related to coating processes promptly and effectively.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
∎ Develop concepts, products, and solutions by working with company business units.

Company doing wood coating business, Decorative items, innovative designs, sustainable solutions and high-quality service for conscious clients in Bangladesh. In order to facilitate our large expansion program, the following personnel are required urgently.

Skills & Expertise:

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Basic Salary Tk. 2,00,000.00, House rent Tk. 30,000.00, Conveyance Allowance Tk. 10,000.00 and Medical Tk. 10,000.00 per month as per company policy.
