Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Garments, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for monthly return submission, hearing, and assessment finalization VAT authority;
∎ Monitor deduction of VAT at source and deposit them to the government treasury on time;
∎ Perform, review and coordinate the Accounts, Internal Audit department on the preparation of Accounts Reports considering VAT;
∎ Prepare VAT audit reports and handle professional VAT authorities individually. Monitor and analyses accounting data and produce financial reports or statements;
∎ Responsible for the efficient operation of VAT related accounting activities of the organization;
∎ Prepare VAT challan; maintain VAT related ledgers and relevant documents;
∎ Advising on VAT planning (within current legislation to enable them to minimize the Vat liability);
∎ Deliver a full range of VAT services in compliance with laws and regulations within the timeframe;
∎ Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise;
∎ Provide innovative VAT planning and review complex VAT returns;
∎ Identify and mitigate VAT risks;
∎ Manage vat provision and VAT compliance process;
∎ Manage and coordinate VAT audits;
∎ Prepare all VAT papers on a regular basis and handle all information data requests;
∎ Handle all customs and bond-related issues of the Company;
∎ VAT refund-related all documentation and conducting Audit against VAT refund claim in a timely manner;
∎ Good knowledge regarding online vat return submission;
∎ Perform all import-related jobs under Bond License specially In-Bond, Ex-Bond, Allotment, Yearly customs Bond Audit, etc;
∎ New Bond License issue, Issue & renewal General Bond, Signatory change, Lien Bank inclusion & exclusion, etc;
∎ Work independently and have sufficient knowledge regarding Export-Import, Customs procedures, VAT & Tax rules related to Export and Import;
∎ Any other activities as & when asked by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Ability to Work Independently
∎ Advanced user of MS Office tools (Especially on MS Excel).
∎ Hardworking, Proactive, Self-responsible, ability to work under pressure;
∎ Must be a team player;
∎ Proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, VAT Software;
∎ Must have knowledge of new Value Added Tax and Supplementary Duty Act, 2012;
∎ Good knowledge of computer literacy.
