Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and manage the production, fabrication, and erection processes within the unit.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and minimize costs.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
∎ Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
∎ Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive work environment.
