Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Chemical/Masters of Sciences/Chemical/Chemistry/Organic Chemistry from any reputed public University / Foreign Institution.
∎ Skills Required: Production/ Operation Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Chemical Plant, Chemical Process Plant, Labsa, SLES, Sulfuric Acid
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing production-related tasks including planning, procurement, control & troubleshooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules.
∎ Independently Lead and manage a Chemical Project / Heavy Industries for the site from conceptualization to erection, installation, commissioning, and performance guarantee test including monitoring and controlling of projects.
∎ To prepare and implement Project Execution Plan (PEP) and Project Procedures and completion in the right time.
∎ Preparing & implementing Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
∎ Implementing cost-saving measures to achieve substantial reduction in terms of production, raw materials, manpower, and machine utilization.
∎ Managing inventory control. Resourceful at strategizing techniques for maximum utilization of manpower/machinery.
∎ Responsible for daily production, cost reduction, data analysis, troubleshooting, Production planning, and Budget.
∎ Implementing systems, processes and procedures to facilitate the smooth functioning of overall operations, and enhance operational efficiency and cost optimization.
∎ Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards.
∎ Driving process improvement strategy and ensure maximum efficiency in various operations.
∎ Ensuring compliance to quality standards & maintaining all related documents.
∎ Undertaking regular inspections to prevent accidents and adhere to safety norms
∎ Liaising with Govt bodies like DISH, MPCB, Labour Commissioner etc.
∎ Preparation of MIS report and present in Divisional Functional Committee.
∎ Planning for overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel, and production processes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must have experience in Chemical plant.
∎ The candidate with experience in Sulfuric Acid, LABSA & SLES will be added advantage.
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Well-organized and time management skills to meet the deadlines
∎ Ability to work under pressure and if needed long hours to complete the task
∎ Must have proficiency in computer on MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, internet, email, etc.
∎ The candidate must have to be smart, energetic & dynamic.
∎ Strong ability in problem-solving and decision-making.
∎ Proven track record of success in implementing programs
Salary: Negotiable
