Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation on any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish a fully functional and effective fire safety management system.
∎ Prepare all safety standards, reports & documentation regarding fire safety issue including a fire evacuation plan and procedure.
∎ Maintain & ensure safety in all area and make sure a free & un-block evacuation for all employees at the Site/ Factory.
∎ Train up firefighting team members on fire safety, protection, fighting and first-aid requirement.
∎ Monitoring Fire Fighting & Rescue team and to conduct external & internal fire-related activities.
∎ Must have basic knowledge on installation and maintenance of Fire Alarm, & Detection System, Fire Hydrant and Sprinkler System.
∎ Ensure that all fireman, firefighters, and security personnel are in the right order and perform their duties as per requirement.
∎ Conduct regular fire drill. and emergency evacuation drill to aware employees any emergency incident.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
