Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Main objectives are to search for a new tender which need to source/import from outside of the country that matches our business model and bid on that job via tender or offering a quotation.
∎ Participation, processing, and complete execution till bill receives in Tender of Electrical Equipment / Materials in all Utility boards (BREB, BPDB, DESCO, DPDC, NESCO, etc.) of Bangladesh.
∎ Continuously research, and develop new products/items for trade business nationally and internationally. Always searching for new business scope.
∎ Prepare tender bid documents, source materials, manage authorization, costing, arrange and manage PSI/PLI, collect bill etc. from Procuring Entity.
∎ Process any tender or any project planning, costing, and full execution. If any Liquid Damage (L/D) impose, then process for exemption with logical background and necessary documentation.
∎ Lead Business development department in communicating, and pursuing higher management of different Utility Boards to smoothly run any project's task.
∎ Pursuing all utilities board’s Technical Evaluation Committee, PSI/PLI Committee, L/D Committee, Inspection and Testing Dept., PD etc. respectable concerns to get the bid smoothly and from any exemption.
∎ Works from the first stage of any Contract. From tender bidding to Performance Certification.
∎ Collect, maintain, and renew each and every document of the organization to bid on any tender and get the contract successfully.
∎ Keep tracking and accelerate the process of the submitted Time extension, L/D exemption, and other different kinds of submitted applications in different utility boards.
∎ Analyze performance data regularly, prepare reports, and present findings to management, highlighting areas of improvement and success.
∎ Do any kind of task, assigned by the management.
