∎ Practical knowledge of 132/33kv Sub-Station project execution.
∎ Practical Knowledge in SCADA and its networking.
∎ Good experience in project management system.
∎ The candidate must be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Willing to work in an extended time.
∎ Good skill in PowerPoint presentation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and coordinate daily activities, including monitoring performance metrics, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
∎ Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment, including scheduling preventive maintenance and coordinating corrective maintenance activities.
∎ Manage the lifecycle of assets, including procurement, inventory management, tracking, and disposal, to maximize asset value and efficiency.
∎ Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of performance and adherence to safety protocols.
∎ Monitor and analyses performance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions to optimize energy production and efficiency.
∎ Liaise with Local PGCB and BPDB authority to ensure smooth operation, including equipment suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to coordinate activities and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
∎ Develop and manage the O&M budget, including forecasting expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
∎ Prepare Monthly Energy Meter Reading, Monthly Report and Generation Analysis Report.
∎ Prepare regular reports on O&M activities, performance metrics, and budgetary matters for management and stakeholders.
∎ Document and share lessons learned from O&M and asset management activities to improve processes, efficiency, and decision-making.
∎ Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all personnel, including conducting regular safety audits and training programs.
∎ Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards, including waste management, pollution prevention, and resource conservation, to minimize the environmental impact of solar farm operations.

∎ We are looking a dynamic and responsible "Deputy Manager/ Manager” in Electrical Department for our solar power plant projects located in Lalmonirhat & Moulvibazar.
