Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare maintenance plan, procedures and methods of each factory machine, site erection equipment and tool to achieve cost reductions and improve the safety, quality, and overall equipment reliability
∎ Plan and execute preventive maintenance plan for each of the machines and equipment
∎ Optimise sourcing of spare parts by balancing between cost and quality
∎ Provide analysis and resolution of repetitive equipment failures, and take actions to address and improve these failures
∎ Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services, and following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures etc.
∎ Provide training to operators on machine use
∎ Supervise technician's work as per procedure and plan of production, maintenance etc. Support purchase team by providing technical information and making sure all equipment, tools, spare parts are right condition
∎ Monitor, reduce and control maintenance cost
∎ Other responsibilities as required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 130000 - 140000 (Monthly)
