∎ Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), or other related fields.

∎ Strong understanding of development contexts, data pipeline and metadata management processes, and experience with data storage platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
∎ Proficient in tools like SQL, Python/R, Tableau/Power BI/Looker, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
∎ Highly self-motivated and hardworking, with strong coordination and collaboration abilities.
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analysis, IT Project Management, or a related field. Certification in Data Analytics is an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive the implementation of a comprehensive Data Governance framework, ensuring adherence to policies and best practices across departments.
∎ Partner with various BRAC programs and departments to assess their data requirements and provide targeted analytical support.
∎ Design and maintain executive dashboards and reports to present key performance metrics and actionable data insights.
∎ Generate data-driven insights to inform strategic and operational decision-making processes.
∎ Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust and integrated data solutions.
∎ Conduct data mapping exercises and maintain detailed documentation of data processes, models, and methodologies.
∎ Support data integration efforts aligned with the Central Data Team’s strategic goals to establish a centralized data storage system.
∎ Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs aimed at improving data literacy across the organization.
∎ Facilitate data-centric events, such as Data Talks, hackathons, Communities of Practice (CoP), and other knowledge-sharing initiatives.
∎ Prepare and submit regular reports detailing data analytics activities, project progress, and outcomes.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

In this role, you will manage executive dashboards, capture business and data requirements, and drive the implementation of data governance best practices across departments. You will play a critical role in fostering data-driven decision-making across programs and departments, ensuring impactful and informed outcomes.
