Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning & executing project works including construction and supervision of all the works of the assigned projects to ensure timely completion ensuring quality and cost-effective manner.
∎ Coordinate with design team to ensure timely delivery of architectural, structural and EME design.
∎ Coordinate with QS team to ensure proper budgeting as per standard specification.
∎ Providing regular feedback to the higher authority related to construction problems and resolves those as per the guideline of the management.
∎ Budgetary and required materials & equipment’s forecasting for each quarter for the assigned projects.
∎ Conducting regular meetings with the Project management office for proper coordination & cooperation and improvement of efficiency of works and ensuring schedule wise proper weekly & monthly reporting.
∎ Cooperation with Supply Chain Department to procure the best available construction materials from the market and timely supply of materials for on time project completion.
∎ Maintaining liaison with other departments, e.g. business development, customer service, sales & marketing, IT, admin etc. for project related work execution.
∎ Supervision & ensuring timely preparation & coordination with billing departments for smooth payment of different types of contractors & suppliers bills of the project.
∎ Site level engagement of management & non-management stuffs with proper forecasting of upcoming projects and any rectification of handed over projects.
∎ Post-handover support as and when required according to REHAB policy and will be solely responsible for any construction defect according to proper investigation report.
∎ Overseeing the work of quality control team and reporting to the supervisor.
