∎ Age at least 28 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ One of the main objectives are to search for a new tender which need to produce/source/import from outside of the country that matches our business model and bid on that job via tender or offering a quotation.
∎ Participation, processing, and complete execution till bill receives in Tender of Electrical Equipment / Materials in all Utility boards (BREB, BPDB, DESCO, DPDC, NESCO, etc.).
∎ Prepare tender bid documents, source materials, manage authorization, costing, arrange and manage PSI/PLI, collect bill, etc. from Procuring Entity.
∎ Preparing Upcoming Tender Statement, Purchasing Tender Schedule Book, Preparing Tender Opening analyzing/cost capitalization sheet.
∎ Providing Technical Information, Specification, Delivery Schedule etc., make correspondences with the concern department.
∎ Preparing, issuing BG/PG and LOC from respective bank. Keep note, track and update for relinquished BG/PG.
∎ Calculate, note and track of NOA accepting, contract signing, design, drawing approval, delivery and bill information.
∎ Preparing, analysis and updating APP & DPP statement, multiple different statements as per management demand, reports of different types of items/products. For liquidity damage, have to calculate L/D value, process for exemption with logical background and necessary documentation.
∎ Works from the first stage of any Contract. From tender bidding to Performance Certification.
∎ Collect, maintain, and renew each and every document of the organization to bid on any tender and get the contract successfully.
∎ Keep tracking and accelerate the process of the submitted Time extension, L/D exemption, and other different kinds of submitted applications in different utility boards.
∎ Do any kind of task, assigned by the management.
