∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Excellent customer service skills, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, monitor and guide sales & service activities of the area ,Collect, complete and update business data to make short, mid and long term business forecast
∎ Maintain market leadership, Manage dealer ,Monitor competitor activities and develop suitable strategy for the area to contain, restrict and penetrate competition
∎ Search for prospects to ensure planned growth expectation and promotes new products, application in the market, monitor credit collection to ensure debtors as per plan
∎ Visit customers, Dealers, Retailers & Sales centers on a regular basis, Undertake customer complaint handling, and appointment of Dealers / agents to ensure product proximity to customers.
∎ Product sourcing (Equipment & accessories), Maintain stock in liaison with supply chain and Promote sales as per business requirement.
∎ Ensure Customer visited quarterly / Monthly to boost up sales.
∎ Ensure service center to run smoothly & Equipment repair done as per sop.
∎ Arrange training for the technician for equipment repair / service.
∎ Promptly response to sales call for Demonstration / Installation of Machine / equipment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
