Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide the information to the Management for developing a strategic approach on administrative development and ensure the effective implementation of operational plan.
∎ Work closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement different policies & procedures.
∎ Control & monitor the administrative affairs in the complex.
∎ Supervising Administrative and Security Activities.
∎ Maintaining liaison with police, RAB and other law enforcement authority.
∎ Maintaining liaison with local political authority and local govt. authorities.
∎ Provide the supports of Protocol and necessary arrangements for entertainment of Company Guests and top management.
∎ Ensuring overall safety of the establishment during night time.
∎ Negotiating with various service providers and the contractors for renovation, repairing and other related works.
∎ Attending any kind of human casualty and legal matter related to casualty.
∎ Maintaining liaison and arrangement for sending letters to the Ministry of Labor, National Productivity Organization, WASA, PDB, Titas Gas, T&T etc.
∎ Supervising canteen activities.
∎ Supervising the vendors work and processing their bill payments.
∎ Handling different License & Registration.
∎ Organizing of various occasions as required.
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the supervisor.

∎ Age 33 to 40 years
