Job Context:
∎ Jakson International Limited (JIL) is the Bangladesh unit of Jakson Group. It is the authorized country distributor of Cummins Diesel & Gas Gensets. It is also the exclusive partner for Cummins Marine Engines and Gensets in Bangladesh. In addition, it is the country distributor for Hyster material handling equipment, Cummins alternators and Valvoline lubricants. JIL is looking for a dynamic and energetic leader for its Sales Team of Cummins Diesel & Gas Gensets.
∎ The incumbent shall be responsible for the revenue generation from Cummins Genset sales.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Strategic Sales Plan of Cummins Gensets as per Business Objectives.
∎ Develop marketing Strategy to meet the business plan.
∎ Maximize market share, revenue and profitability in the market and take initiatives to increase popularity of the product.
∎ Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
∎ Develop rapport, build trust and create value in relationships with customers and channel partners.
∎ Review strategy and marketing plan along with team members to attract new clients, markets and industries.
∎ Develop high performance sales team and lead them to meet revenue objectives of the company.
∎ Monitor strategy and performance of Sales team and evaluate properly in target achievements.
∎ Lead the sales team with proper guidance to keep them well-motivated, effective and recommend for their development when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ In depth knowledge of Diesel and Gas Generator.
∎ Dynamic & Smart leader and able to work with team.
∎ Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
∎ Updated Knowledge on customer demand, market condition, market penetration, segmentation and pricing.
∎ Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, profit analysis, resource allocation, leadership technique and coordination of people and resources.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ The incumbent should have at least 12 years work experience in Generator Sales with similar industry.
Salary: Negotiable

∎ Monthly 2 Saturday as Weekly Holiday including all Friday.
