Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from Govt. Organization with having good academic result.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide consultation in the planning, designing and selection stage of all projects undertaken by the company.
∎ Assist the company in construction plans based on the architectural designs and operational objectives.
∎ Collect field measurement data and verify as per drawing and practical measurement;
∎ To place the material requisition as per drawing & design and verify the quality of supplied goods based on the specification.
∎ Monitor site safely and insure that the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are enforced.
∎ Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.
∎ Control and monitor labor, material and equipment expenses.
∎ Responsible for the proper construction management of several projects to ensure quality & progress of the works as per schedule & specification.
∎ Ensure work progress as per master program/time schedule as per standard.
∎ Planning and preparing of daily work program.
∎ Keep the records of the contractor's staff in the casting date and inform to supervisor.
∎ Keep necessary correspondences with your department and giving weekly, monthly work program and necessary letters regarding the project's development.
∎ Accountable for the operations top line and bottom line of the project.
∎ Ensure the timely completion of the construction work of the project sites.
∎ Capable to make Feasibility study/reports, details projects reports, cost analysis of the construction projects.
∎ Land measurement.
∎ Keep the record of inspection, variations, testing and points of connection at construction site.
∎ Prepare bill on the basis of running & final measurement.
∎ Any emergency work instructed by the Supervisor/head of department or higher authority must be given priority basis.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction Estimating, Cost and budget, Project Management/ Coordinator
