∎ Must have adequate practical knowledge in High-rise Residential/ Commercial Building (with 2/3 Basement) Planning & Scheduling work.
∎ Must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure and in complex situations.
∎ Should be honest, dynamic, hardworking & proactive.
∎ Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Auto-CAD etc.)
