Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Depot Administration, Depot in charge, Distribution, Logistic, Store/ inventory, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Food (Packaged)/Beverage
Job Context:
∎ Leadership capability.
∎ Knowledge of individual depot operation process.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform and supervise all necessary works to run the depot effectively and efficiently.
∎ Responsible for overall distribution, transportation and management systems of respective depot.
∎ Distribute as per sales order and receive incoming materials as per challan.
∎ Liaison with Central Distribution, Sales and Accounts department effectively.
∎ Prepare product wise daily and monthly statement and as and as when required.
∎ Maintain petty cash, Attendance Register, Stock Register and Vehicle Log Book.
∎ Monitor overall administrative activities including vehicle security management to ensure proper and uninterrupted operation and maintenance of the depot.
∎ Basic VAT Knowledge. Communicate with VAT Office.
∎ Able to issue delivery challan through ERP and issue various VAT challan.
∎ Maintain VAT Register.
∎ Monthly VAT return submit to the concern VAT Office.
∎ Maintain liaison with head office VAT.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate experienced from reputed Plastics Company is preferred
∎ Must possess good IT skills specially Bangla & English Typing Skill Required
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills and experience.
∎ Able to work extended working hour
