∎ GlossyBDis searching a polite, professional to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to the customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems for a Renowned Company to work with team members
∎ Job Location: Wari, Dhaka-1203
∎ Working Time: Roster Duty/Shifting Duty (Weekly 6 Days)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to provide customer service
∎ Responsible to handle queries, complaints and requests through inbound and/or outbound stuff
∎ Responsible to document all data information according to standard operating procedures
∎ Perform any other operational task assigned by the Manager/ Higher Authorities
∎ Regular monitoring of Social Media inbox's and wall posts to keep an eye on negative news/complaints/queries
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication Skill
∎ Team Player
∎ Sound knowledge over MS Word & MS Excel
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Must be fluent both in Bangla & English.
