• Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle routine tasks efficiently

Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Operators to join our team and help manage our stock and inventory records. In this role, you will be responsible for entering data, keeping track of stock, and ensuring everything is accurate and up-to-date.

Job Responsibilities:

• Enter Inventory Data: Record all incoming and outgoing stock accurately in our system.

• Monitor Stock Levels: Keep an eye on stock to ensure we have everything we need.

• Stock Counts: Perform regular physical checks to make sure records match actual stock.

• Create Reports: Prepare reports on stock levels and shortages for management.

• Coordinate Orders: Assist with ordering items when stock runs low.

• Resolve Issues: Investigate and correct any discrepancies between physical and recorded stock.

• Organize Storage: Label and arrange items neatly for easy access.
