∎ Secretarial Functions (Letter writing, Email Communication, Prepare Requisition & File Management etc).
∎ Computer Fundamentals, MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & Power Point Presentation).
∎ Typing Speed at least Bangla 30 & English 40 per Minute.
