Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have adequate knowledge of scanning & preservation of documents.
∎ Good knowledge about editing documents/picture files in Photoshop & illustrator.
∎ Prepare and maintain any kind of official / business letters.
∎ Must have typing speed 20-25 per minute in Bangla.
∎ Must have typing speed 25-30 per minute in English.
∎ Must be able to operate a standard PC with adequate speed and accuracy.
∎ Should be self-motivated, dedicated, and punctual.
∎ Must have proper knowledge in English & Bangla language for drafting and typing office letter, office order, memo, short note & etc
∎ Proper knowledge about www.egp.gov.bd portal specially know how to fill up tender proposal (LTM, OTM, OSTEM etc ) and submission, how to accept NOA,, how to create Joint Venture Account and so on.
∎ Knowledge about Tally Software (Inventory management)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
