Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
∎ Very good experience in Internet Web Research.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good in English and Bangla typing speed.
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
∎ Creating entries as per instruction.
∎ Keeping record of audits.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Females are allowed to apply.
∎ Skills Required: Bangla typing, English typing, MICROSOFT OFFICE.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Salary: Tk. 10000 (Monthly)
