Job Context:
∎ We are looking for focused data entry personnel to continuously update operational data at the present time. The data entry personnel will liaise with and follow up with employees within the company as well as with customers to collect information. The data needs to be put into relevant fields in the software in a timely and accurate manner. All necessary basic training will be given on specific software.
∎ Job Location: Uttar Badda/Khilga Trimuhuni
∎ Working Hours: Based On Rotating Duty Shift

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gathering invoices, statements, reports, vendor details, documents and information from
∎ employees, other departments and clients.
∎ Scanning through information to identify pertinent information.
∎ Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and
∎ accurate capturing.
∎ Entering and updating information into relevant databases.
∎ Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
∎ Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
∎ Handling additional duties from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1+ year experience in a relevant field.
∎ Good command of written English.
∎ Good knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
∎ Proficient touch-typing skills.

Salary:
∎ BDT 15,000-BDT 20,000 (Depending on Skill & Experience)
