Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and update curriculum, course materials, and syllabi related to data entry and
∎ data processing.
∎ Create lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with industry standards and
∎ best practices.
∎ Conduct classes, workshops, and training sessions to educate students on data entry and
∎ data processing techniques.
∎ Explain key concepts, tools, and software used in data entry and processing.
∎ Help students develop practical skills in data entry, data cleaning, data validation, and data analysis.
∎ Provide guidance on data processing tools such as; MS Excel, Dashboard, Chart, Graph practices.
∎ Provide constructive feedback and grades to evaluate student performance.
∎ Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data entry and data processing in the IT industry.
∎ Manage educational resources, such as software, and hardware, required for effective teaching.
∎ Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience for students.
∎ Participate in faculty meetings and discussions related to course planning and
∎ improvement.
∎ Ensure that the institute and its programs comply with relevant education regulations and standards in Bangladesh.
∎ Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and other relevant data.
∎ Weekly report to the In Charge of Education Team and work closely with all staffs.
∎ Conduct classes, workshops, and training sessions to educate students on various aspects of digital content creation, such as graphic design, video production, audio editing, content writing, creating own Blog, WordPress, YouTube content and content marketing.
∎ Teach students how to use digital content creation software and tools effectively such as Excel, PPT (Advanced) etc.
∎ Create engaging and developing content for blogs, articles, product/product descriptions, social media, and the company website.
∎ Create compelling headlines and body copy that resonates with our target audience,
∎ driving increased conversions.
∎ Produce diverse content types, including scripts, emails, social media posts, and blogs regularly.
∎ Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines for best practices to ensure content optimization.
∎ For the visuals and words collaborate with other creative team members to brainstorm ideas and concepts.
∎ Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and other relevant data for
∎ reporting purposes.
